Asish Chittamuru had a busy weekend at the Yorkshire U17 and U15 bronze tournament. Together with talented partner, Rohan Ooken, they secured a gold medal in the boys doubles on Saturday. Asish then returned the following day to win the boys U15 doubles with his skillful brother, Sumedh. He was narrowly defeated in the boys singles to the eventual winner in the semi finals.

Overall, an excellent weekend for some of our PC boys; starting to show some real promise in competition and competing hard with a smile on their face. EXCELLENT result boys, we are all very proud of you!

SUPER STAR SIA - U11 NATIONAL CHAMPION!

Rising star, Sia Pandit, a member of our Monday night PC group, was crowned U11 National Champion last weekend. Sia steamed through the group stages of the tournament, eventually facing the number 1 seed, Sofie Chong, in the final. Sia managed to triumph in two straight sets, before following up with an impressive silver medal in the girls doubles. We are all very proud of young Sia, who continues to work extremely hard on a Monday evening for the elite multi feed session before the PC session. Many of our team have had the pleasure of coaching Sia and we know that she has a lot of potential for the future - very well done and keep up the good work! April 2018.
